About Casa Azul

Casa Azul Organic Tequila is crafted at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480, owned and operated by the Montes family – third-generation agave farmers turned distillers. Casa Azul is committed to crafting tequila the right way, not the easy way. This means growing the agaves to full maturity on a single estate, with no additives. Three generations of farming knowledge tend to every plant by hand – planting, cleaning, and harvesting, all without pesticides or chemicals. The agaves are baked in stone ovens, capturing the true flavor, and then the tequila is rested for 2 to 3 months before bottling, creating a smooth, soft character. The debut line's three offerings are 100% USDA Certified Organic and include: Casa Azul Organic Tequila Blanco, Casa Azul Organic Tequila Reposado, and Casa Azul Organic Tequila Añejo.
